We too are literally energy in motion, put those two words together and you get &#8216;emotion&#8217;. Emotions drive us to action.<br />
So if you want to feel great, overcome the stress and anxiety in your life, or just lose weight &#8211; you need to move!</p>

<p>You do not need to go to the gym. In fact, in a world of stress, you are better off doing lower intensity exercise for your health. If you are an athlete or need to lose weight, then more intense exercise is in the program.</p>
<p>Get out in the woods, walk &#8211; preferably with some hills or steps to climb. Recent studies show exercise in nature (outdoors) elevates serotonin and can shift how we see life (values).</p>
<p>So get up and get out. It will change your life!</p>
